What happens if my KitchDesigner toolbar grays out but I still have a valid Product Key?

Use the License Manager to Reactivate or Re-Verify your Product Key.

First, click the License Manager button.

 

Each Product Key must be revalidated over time by pinging our licensing servers using an internet connection. It is possible for your subscription to be disabled with long periods of inactivity.

If your toolbar is grayed out and your Product Key is still valid, open the License Manager and click Kitchautomation_Reverify.

If that doesn't work, click Kitchautomation_Deactivate and then Kitchautomation_Activate-1 again.

Your Product Key should already be entered so just press Ok.

This will sync with our verification servers and reactivate your subscription.
