The suggestion box tool can be used to send any type of comment to our development and support team. We read all comments immediately and will respond with a phone call if requested.

We appreciate all comments, especially the comments telling us what we are doing wrong or what we can do better. We also like to hear about features you would like us to develop.

Bug Reports

Starting August 1st, 2019, we will be launching a new reward program for bug reports.

All accepted bug reports will earn the designer $10 in the form of a gift card for our appreciation.

To be eligible to receive the rewards, the following conditions must be met:

  • Only the first person to report a particular bug will be rewarded.
  • You must send your bug report through our Contact Support button.
  • We must be able to replicate the bug so you must email all supporting documents necessary so we can replicate it. This may include a Revit project file, Revit families, your debug.log file in AppData, and screenshots and videos.
  • Free version users are welcome to participate.
  • All gift cards will be sent to the individual who reported the bug.
